I have used this store for multiple projects and have referred multiple clients and friends as well. Cipriano and Tony have always been great to work with and very patient with all needs. I would give an extra star to Tony if I could. He always goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to work with.

Lenny was extremely helpful and responsive. He was able to find us what we were looking for quickly, and efficiently arrange things. He was courteous and professional. The flooring that we ordered (Armstrong Luxe Plank "Farmhouse Plank Rugged Brown") came in a timely manner and it looks awesome. Service was great too. We accidentally ordered the wrong trim pieces; they quickly ordered the correct ones and exchanged them no problem.

Such a great experience with Flooring Liquidators! We purchased both carpet and vinyl flooring along with all the transition pieces, carpet pad, etc. and couldn't be more pleased with the finished result! Sissi was so helpful in guiding us through the process, offering advice on quality, and getting us the best deal possible. Everything was either in stock or came quickly and they were great about communicating when our items were ready for us. Our floors are gorgeous and the price was great. I recently purchased my LVP flooring and used their recommended installer and I was very impressed. The price of material and labor was 2,000 cheaper than a competitor. I was worried that for such a lower price they would cut corners somewhere but my installer team, Hector and Francisco, did a beautiful job that I am so happy with. Hector made thoughtful suggestions like installing new baseboards vs. quarter round (this is what a competitor had quoted us for) that saved us money and looks better. Very happy with the overall process including communication which I thought was above average.

Been shopping around at all the major hardware stores trying to find the right product for the right price with no luck. Came to Flooring Liquidators and they have a wide selection of LVP and had exactly what we needed and wanted. Cipriano was very helpful in showing us around, showing us products that were in stock, and helping us place an order. He’s super friendly and helpful overall. Ended up buying the vinyl flooring we were looking for and even got carpet as well. Paid about the same as I would have at other stores just for the vinyl.

I had such a pleasant experience buying my floor tile at the San Marcos location. Great selection and prices. Store manager Tony was wonderful and although I was so afraid of making a poor choice...I must have been in there 5 times asking questions and getting samples...he was just as patient, kind and professional as he could be!

I am also quite happy with their commitment to my satisfaction. A small percentage of the floor tiles were less than perfect making them difficult to use. He was glad and quick to contact the manufacturer to replace them...and with not a question or a raised eyebrow! Fantastic customer service!!!

Whoever hired Tony should be happy they did.

Unbelievable customer service Forrest is amazing. He was able to track down a discontinued flooring. He was a life saver. His follow through & communication was right on spot. After visiting multiple stores, we made our last stop at Flooring Liquidators and had the best experience with Sissi Engle!!!!!!

So grateful for her patience and knowledge about flooring. We were being upsold at other places and didn’t know it. Sissi took the time to explain the difference in products to us and allowed us to browse for as long as we needed without pressure.

Flooring liquidators have great prices on everything. I went in for flooring and ended up coming ou with flooring and cabinets, Sipriano was a excellent helper and also tony. Excellent customer service, I’m going back for counter tops next.

We boughy over 1700 square feet of the Casa Blanca Heather Acacia wood floors from Flooring Liquidators. We were in the store at least 5 times before we purchased and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Their selection beats anyone in San Diego. The employees were honest and open about the pros and cons of the different options and were happy to educate us. They recommended KMH flooring for the install. We could not be happier with the materials or the installation! The floor is beautiful and the KMH did an amazing job on the install. The crew was awesome to work with and those guys are perfectionist! They take pride in their work and our new floors reflect that. We have nothing but good things to say about Flooring Liquidators and KMH Flooring. I wish I could post a photo of our new floors.

KMH Flooring did an excellent job installing the Coretec vinyl plank flooring and carpet we purchased from Flooring Liquidators. KMH Flooring owner, Kevin Hollingsworth, gave us an immediate installation quote at the end of his measurement walk-through and coordinated with Flooring Liquidators to quickly get us a material quote. Kevin's hard working installers - Juan, Jose, and Caesar - were highly skilled and exceeded our expectations with the quality of their work. Apprentice, Luis, was also hard working and very helpful. Mr Hollingsworth personally delivered most of our material and also coordinated trash pick-ups. We are happy with both the material and installation and highly recommend both Flooring Liquidators and KMH Flooring.
