I was admittedly skeptical placing an order out of state, but wow are we pleasantly surprised! Flooring Liquidators sold us Coretec Pro flooring for nearly half the cost of my local flooring dealer, and that’s even including the $150 shipping fee.

Customer service was incredibly helpful and prompt. Just make sure you get your documents signed in a timely fashion. I was quoted a 2-3 weeks for shipping, but it arrived in about one week. For reference, I ordered 11 cartons of flooring and it shipped via FedEx freight.

Also, FedEx was surprisingly prompt and helpful as well, and they let me choose my delivery day and window (4 hours window with 30 minute call ahead before arrival)

I will absolutely recommend Flooring Liquidators to anyone shopping around. Since we are not local, we hired our own labor unaffiliated with FL. We LOVE the new floors and they match seamlessly with the existing Coretec we already had in our home.

We called and asked for s carpet estimate and we were very pleased that they came out within a day and Hemdi whom came out to the house prepared in his van with a variety of samples to choose from. We realized we also wanted to get new LVP flooring and Hemdi was also ready to come out to the house with samples but we decided to go in to their store or showroom to pick it.

I am so glad we did we realized it was a good company with a variety of flooring to choose from but they also sell the cabinets and granite counter tops too so with A+ customer service I highly recommend them for all your flooring and kitchen needs. This review comes from a couple who thought they knew what they wanted, but really had no clue. We purchased flooring a few years back and thought we wanted the same style for our new house. Brandon was so patient with us when we kept changing our minds. He offered great suggestions and ideas. He was very prompt with color ideas, pricing and material transfers. The store has many kinds of carpets, vinyl flooring, kitchen table in different colors and price. Luis helps us with explaining about what we should look to find a good carpet and vinyl. He gave us an estimate price and recommend someone to come the same day to measure our floor and we got a good deal from the contractor guy. Then we went back to the store with the measurement and decide which one we want to use and Louis gave an extra discount from the material. We saved a lot from the first estimate that we got from a different flooring store. Good and fast service.

We purchased our vinyl flooring from here. The salesman said we should receive our shipment within 7-10 business days, but it took 13 business days (I took off one star). We also never received any emails of the shipment like we were told as well. But customer service was amazing and the floors looked amazing so I would highly recommend.

Doug was very personable, accommodating, and the ultimate professional in his excellent customer service! I very much appreciated being helped by him today. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes cash out the door. Wow awesome! I highly recommend him to anybody who needs great customer service!

Start to finish they exceeded expectations. I was explained the product extremely well by Kelly. We really benefited from his knowledge. The carpet took a few weeks to arrive as anticipated and we were under the gun to have it installed before move-in. The installers accommodated my requests and on multiple occasions we were told that the installation would last 2 days. There is a large spiral staircase in our home and we selected a pattern print. They moved marvelously along and completed it way above my expectations. They somehow finished the entire job (>2500 sq ft) in ONE DAY!!! So glad I used them.

In the past when looking for flooring and out experience has been great. You are able to check out samples and at the time there where no deposits. So, if you are looking flooring from carpet to laminate make sure you check this place out. And if you find something you like somewhere else bring it to them and they can probably order it. They have a very good short list of installers. They originally told us 3-4 days and they knocked it out in 2 days, WOW. They where always on time and clean. A great big thank you to Liz for all her help and assistance in getting my flooring done prior to Christmas. Great service and price what more can you ask for. Job well done! Thank you FL!!!

After looking at quite a few places we chose Flooring Liquidators for our new laminate flooring. Prices are good and the guys here are very helpful. We bought a small amount to do our master closet and make sure the laminate we picked was what we wanted for the rest of the house. Once we knew we liked it, we ordered the material for the rest of the whole house. I've been in and out multiple times throughout the installation process, ordering and picking up extra material and items I forgot to get for the job. Brandon and Jeff are always super friendly and helpful and they seem like they genuinely care and want to make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely come back to these guys for my next flooring project.

I recently purchased my LVP flooring and used their recommended installer and I was very impressed. The price of material and labor was 2,000 cheaper than a competitor. I was worried that for such a lower price they would cut corners somewhere but my installer team, Hector and Francisco, did a beautiful job that I am so happy with. Hector made thoughtful suggestions like installing new baseboards vs. quarter round (this is what a competitor had quoted us for) that saved us money and looks better. Very happy with the overall process including communication which I thought was above average.

I like the new pre fab granite branch that flooring liquidators opened. Good selection and plenty of stock of granite & quartz. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Javier and Adrian are doing a great job.

We had water leak from our refrigerator water line under our floors, ruining a small section of our kitchen floors, unfortunately we couldn't find replacement boards so the entire house had to be replaced, we went all over San Luis Obispo County looking for flooring, we landed at FL Flooring in Arroyo Grande. Our first encounter was with Herb, he was very helpful explaining the different kinds of flooring options & letting us take several samples home, he wrote up a quote so we knew what to expect along with a timeline, next we met Sarah , I don't think this place could function without her, she is so amazing!! She worked with us on scheduling , payment & managed our expectations. When it was time for the flooring to be installed they sent Mark & his crew, they were at our home for 3 days, they were so kind & polite, they cleaned up their tools & materials at the end of each day, moved our furniture & were just very pleasant to have around, they did a great job on our floors & they completed the job when they said they would & our home looks so beautiful with our new floors! When all was done we needed more info for the insurance to complete our claim & Sarah went above & beyond helping us, during the holidays at that, she was incredibly busy but always took time to help us with a smile on her face! I highly recommend FL Flooring in AG!!

UPDATED 9/9/24 - Flooring Liquidators got back with me and explained the glitch in their system was the culprit behind the delayed invoice. Their Regional Director took care of the erroneous invoice in the spot, showing us as paid-in-full. I do remember they were going through a computer system upgrade at the time so, nothing deceptive here. Just computer systems and human error which we all go through. I'm so thrilled to say every person I spoke with was nothing short of kind, respectful and understanding. Flooring Liquidators is owned and operated by good, honest, hardworking individuals who have no issues accepting responsibility for mistakes/errors and fixing them quickly and efficiently. I will say, while I had a moment of doubt, this issue actually makes me more of their fan than ever before. Good people running their business honestly and ethically. My family has been committed to Steven, the manage of this store, for more than 15 years. As a leader in the flooring business I wasn’t surprised to hear he is now managing 2 locations.
