HERE IS HOW IT WORKS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your COREtec floor purchased through Flooring Liquidators, Shaw Industries, Inc. will replace your flooring material within 100 days of purchase. The replacement will be of a COREtec style of comparable value provided by and installed through Flooring Liquidators but must be of a different style or color. If you request a replacement style of greater value, you must pay the difference in price; however, there will be no monetary payment by COREtec or Flooring Liquidators if you choose a product of lesser value. All charges involved in replacing your material, including labor and removal, will be your responsibility. You will be required to provide proof of purchase in the form of a bill, invoice, or statement from Flooring Liquidators.

THE REQUIREMENTS ARE THAT:

Your COREtec flooring product must not have been improperly installed, abused, or damaged. Installation must be in an owner-occupied residence; commercial use is excluded. Claims under this residential guarantee will not be considered for products sold as second quality, irregular, or used. Replacement under the 100 Day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to one replacement per original purchase. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITHIN 100 DAYS OF PURCHASE:

If you would like a replacement COREtec floor under this Satisfaction Guarantee, you must notify, in writing, Flooring Liquidators and include a copy of the invoice or receipt for the floor.

ADDITIONALLY:

WE EXCLUDE AND WILL NOT PAY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER THIS GUARANTEE. By this we mean any loss, expense, or damage other than to the floor itself. WE EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. By implied warranties we mean ones that the law presumes to have been given by the seller even though they aren’t set out in writing. PLEASE NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. You have legal rights under this satisfaction guarantee. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Except for these rights, the remedies provided under this guarantee states the limit of our liability.
