Inside Sales Person
Dublin
Summary/objective The inside salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. • Providing excellent customer service while greeting guests and guiding them through the selection process. • Check samples out, and/or schedule measures using the correct methods and procedures for optimal outcomes and tracking purposes. • Work with estimators to develop accurate bids and follow up with customers using the recommended follow up procedures to close the sale. • Order entry, including assigning product to available inventory as available, or initiating special orders as needed, then setting appropriate transfer dates. • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, showroom, warehouse, and property including but not limited to floors, dusting, sample inventories, restrooms, placing price tags as needed, etc. • Depending on the store, some salespeople may also be required to perform warehouse duties in conjunction with their salesperson duties. Store Manager
Dublin
The Retail Flooring Store Manager is responsible for making sure that the store opens/closes timely and that customers are receiving excellent customer service. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. • Plan and manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including, sales, warehouse, sub-contractors, merchandising and more. • All duties under salesperson and warehouse. See salesperson and warehouse job descriptions for more details. • Effectively lead, manage, and coordinate duties of all store employees (5-10) to maximize efficiency and outcomes using a combination of leading by example and delegation. • Interview, hire and train new employees. • Maintain the highest levels of product knowledge, and Roll Master fluency to be able to answer employee questions, facilitate training and resolve customer service concerns. • View the store with a discerning eye to be proactive in addressing problem areas before they become issues or concerns. • Maintain the CPR (customer payment register), and all payments using appropriate cash handling techniques and check processing procedures. • Train, implement, and oversee that correct procedures and policies are followed according to the FL Employee Handbook and various mandatory FL sales and compliance guidelines set forth by the Regional Manager, Director of Sales, and/or other management personnel. • Work closely with the Regional Manager, Director of Sales, and/or other management personnel to ensure the store has the tools necessary to create an environment conducive to optimal performance within budget restraints. • Take accountability for the store.
Warehouse
Anaheim
Summary/objective The warehouse employee is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times. Essential functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. • Responsible for loading customer’s flooring purchases either by forklift or by hand, as needed. • Off load and receive product into the inventory system, then call/email customers in a timely manner of its arrival. • Complete pick up and receiving paperwork accurately and tag products and pallets accordingly. • Perform weekly cycle counts to insure accurate inventory. • Store maintenance and cleaning including maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, showroom, and property. Physical demands Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly Travel required: May have to drive delivery truck between store locations Required education and experience • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent • Forklift experience • Valid Class C Driver License • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • Communication skills; both verbally and in writing
